공유 주방(그룹) 데이터는 어떻게 되나요?

공유 주방에 다른 멤버와 함께 등록한 재고·이력 등 공동 데이터는 남은 멤버가 계속 사용할 수 있도록 그룹에 유지됩니다. 탈퇴 시 해당 그룹에서 내 멤버십과 이름 표시가 제거되며, 내가 그룹 관리자(소유자)였다면 남은 멤버 중 한 명에게 소유권이 자동으로 승계되어 그룹이 관리자 없이 남지 않습니다.

내가 그룹의 마지막 멤버였다면, 그 그룹과 그 안의 재고·이력 등 하위 데이터는 함께 삭제됩니다.

개인 데이터는 삭제되지만 모든 항목이 즉시 사라진다고 안내드리지는 않습니다. 서버 반영에는 시간이 걸릴 수 있으며, 중간에 실패한 정리 작업은 자동으로 재시도됩니다.

보존 데이터

아래를 제외하고, 삭제 요청 시 위 데이터는 보관하지 않습니다.

Option 1. Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the app → More → Settings → Danger Zone → "Delete Account" → confirm.

Confirming starts deletion of your account and personal data and cannot be undone. Data stored on this device is erased right away; server-side changes may take some time to apply.

Option 2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email a "SnapStock account deletion request" from the Google account address you signed up with.

We verify your identity by checking that the requesting address matches the address you signed up with. We never disclose account details to third parties.

Processing time

In-app deletion (Option 1): starts immediately on confirmation. On-device data is erased right away; server-side cleanup usually finishes within minutes, and any failed step is retried automatically.
Email request (Option 2): after identity verification, deletion is completed within 30 days of the request at the latest (typically within 7 business days).

What is deleted

Account information (Google sign-in profile: email, name, unique ID)
Group (kitchen) membership and notification tokens
Purchase / ad-free status
Inventory and consumption/disposal history stored on this device, the app-created photo cache, and account-related local settings

What happens to shared kitchen (group) data?

Inventory, history, and other data you added together with other members stays with the group so the remaining members can keep using it. Your membership and name are removed from that group, and if you were the group's owner, ownership is automatically handed over to one of the remaining members, so no group is left without an owner.

If you were the last member of a group, that group and the data inside it — inventory, history, and other sub-records — are deleted along with it.

Your personal data is deleted, but we do not claim that every item disappears instantly. Server-side changes may take some time, and any cleanup step that fails midway is retried automatically.

Retained data

Except for the items below, we do not keep the data listed above after a deletion request.

Shared kitchen data with remaining members (see above) — kept with the group so the remaining members can keep using the service.
Purchase records — in-app purchase history (e.g. ad removal) is held and managed by Google Play. We delete the purchase / ad-free status we store ourselves when the account is deleted, and we never store payment instrument details such as card numbers. Where the law requires us to retain a record, we keep it only for the statutory period and then destroy it.
Crash logs — anonymous diagnostic logs collected by Firebase Crashlytics are deleted automatically 90 days after collection.
